My heels have broken can they repaired?

Broken heels have to be replaced. We try to match the closest to the original as possible. If very different we will contact you for verification. Please note that you should always send the pair to match.

How long does it take before I get my shoes back?

Generally, allow 7 to 10 working days from the day we receive them.

My heels are too high can they be lowered?

Yes. However, since well-made shoes are well balanced, there is a limit as to how much a heel can be lowered. We would not lower a heel so that the shoe is out of balance.

My boots/shoes are too tight can they be stretched and by how much?

Yes we can stretch boots or shoes but only as much as they allow them. Some leathers have more give than others and it’s not possible to gauge how much you can stretch them by.

Can you replace the zip in my boot or handbag?

Yes we can. If only one zip needs replacing we try to match the other foot best possible or both to match.

Do you clean shoes or handbags?

Yes, but the outcome depends on what kind of stains are on the item. All cleaning is done by hand and we try to achieve the best possible results.

If I send my shoes and you find that I have requested the wrong job from your menu what happens then?

You will be contacted by phone/email and advised of the correct job required.

What if my shoes get lost in the post?

When posting your item to us, please ensure that your item is insured up to its true value. All items that we post back to our customers are automatically insured up to a value of £250.

Additional insurance up to £500 will cost an extra £4.00, and for insurance up to £1000 there will be an additional charge of £8.00.

Where are you situated can I bring my shoes directly to you rather than use the post?

We are located in Camden (23-25 Brecknock Road, Camden, London N7 0BL). Feel free to pop in and drop off your item(s), we are open Mon-Sat 09:00-18:00.

Should I only send one shoe?

For comparison purposes it is essential you send both shoes.

If I send my shoes and you find that I have requested the wrong job from your menu what happens then?
